Join our team as a Customer Support and make a real impact by providing technical assistance and collaborating with our development team to resolve client issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and provide technical support to clients via email, phone, and other channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues, collaborating with developers for feature enhancements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and track issue resolution.
- Train users on new product features, maintain detailed client records, and monitor product performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years of technical support experience, ideally in SaaS.
- Strong understanding of Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Distributor Management Systems (DMS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree
Languages : English, Hindi, and any other languages. Malayalam known would be an added advantage.
