Job Description

Customer Support/Chat Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to provide prompt,

accurate, and personalized assistance to customers via email and WhatsApp. You will play a crucial

role in ensuring a seamless experience for customers, from demo session enrollment to ongoing

trial support. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service, fostering customer satisfaction,

and driving successful trial completions.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via email and WhatsApp in a timely, professional, and empathetic

manner.

- Assist customers with demo session enrollment, ensuring smooth participation and completion.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during ongoing trial sessions, ensuring a seamless customer

experience.

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using Google Sheets.

- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.

- Uphold high standards of professionalism, clarity, and empathy in all customer interactions.

- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer support processes.

- Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth transition from trial enrollment to full

program engagement.

Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.

- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Proficiency in WhatsApp, email communication, and Google Sheets.

- Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred but not required.

- Strong patience and empathy in handling customer concerns and inquiries.
