Position - Customer Success Engineer Experience- 3-5 yrs Location - Mumbai Qualification - UG: B. Tech / B.E. Computers OR PG: MCA / M. Tech Notice Period- Immediate joiner- 30 days Skills - HTML,JS, CSS frameworks, Webserver, MySQL database , Database , Clienttickets , Cloud Platform experience (GCP/AWS/Azure) Roles and Responsibilities : Act as the technical liaison between the customer and internal teams (Product, Engineering, and Support) Respond to and resolve client tickets and issues on time. Provide hands-on assistance with product setup, configuration, and usage. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve client issues Assist customers with deployment and integration of software solutions. Proactively engage with customers to ensure successful onboarding and adoption Document technical processes, client solutions, and best practices Conduct training sessions or knowledge-sharing activities for clients when needed Required Skills: Proficient in HTML, JavaScript, CSS frameworks Experience working with Webservers and MySQL databases Strong understanding of database concepts and management Prior experience in managing and resolving client support tickets Familiarity with at least one cloud platform GCP, AWS, or Azure Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
