As a Customer Success Associate, the candidate will be responsible for managing post-sales customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and growth. The role demands proactive support, cross-functional coordination, and a strong focus on understanding customer goals and enabling them through the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers after onboarding
  • Drive customer adoption, product usage, and satisfaction
  • Identify and resolve customer pain points proactively
  • Monitor health metrics and usage data to provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support teams to ensure seamless service
  • Conduct periodic business reviews and gather feedback to influence product roadmap
