Customer Success Associate – International Support (Blended)

We are hiring for a blended international support role (Voice + Chat) for one of our premium clients. If you have at least 6 months of experience in an international process with technical troubleshooting exposure, we welcome you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle both chat and voice interactions with international customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues effectively
• Provide clear and concise information to customers
• Maintain a professional and solution-oriented approach at all times
• Document all interactions and ensure customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream)
• Experience: Minimum 6 months in an international voice/chat process with technical support experience (mandatory)
• Communication: Good written and excellent spoken English skills required
• Assessment: Must clear Versant language test along with HR and Operations rounds
