Job Description

We are hiring Customer Success Associates to connect with interested leads and help them choose the right insurance products. This is a domestic, outbound voice process role. Key Responsibilities: Call and assist potential customers with insurance product details Explain benefits and help them choose the right plan Maintain excellent communication and service quality Requirements: Good communication in English and Hindi No MTI/RTI or grammar/pronunciation errors Graduate from any stream Freshers and experienced candidates welcome Preference for candidates with insurance or sales experience Interview Rounds: HR Round Versant (English test) Written Assessment Operations Round Client Round (Final) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
