Job Description

The Customer Service Senior Analyst position at our organization is an intermediate-level role aimed at assisting clients with resolutions and support in collaboration with the Customer Service team. The primary objective of this position is to address external customer issues effectively and provide continuous customer service support. As a Customer Service Senior Analyst, your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of high-profile clients, acting as the main point of contact for queries, and engaging to understand client service needs and gaps. You will collaborate with internal and external cross-functional partners to deliver customer service that meets or exceeds client expectations. Ensuring timely and accurate execution of transactions, identifying and implementing process improvements, and testing new features/functions are also key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing regulatory, audit, and control assessments, creating reports for internal and/or external distribution, contributing to short and long-term projects, and engaging with global partners as needed to meet client requirements. It is crucial to appropriately assess risk in business decisions, with a focus on safeguarding Citigroup's reputation, clients, and assets by ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, and applying sound ethical judgment in personal behavior, conduct, and business practices. Furthermore, you will be expected to escalate, manage, and report control issues with transparency. The ideal candidate for this role should have 5-8 years of previous cash management and financial services experience. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, aptitude for utilizing reporting tools and applications, proven organizational skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment are essential qualifications.
