You will be responsible for achieving business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. As a Graduate in any discipline, you will need to identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments according to the organization's norms. Your key tasks will include ensuring the number of log-ins along with disbursements, as well as maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively understanding customer needs and cross-selling multiple products as required. Additionally, you will execute sales promotion activities to generate customer interest in the TCFSL brand, while also focusing on building strong client relationships internally and externally. Developing a strong brand identification with potential customers will be crucial in this role. You will also be responsible for vendor empanelment, developing relationships with new vendors, and establishing robust distribution channels. Furthermore, it will be essential to ensure compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations to maintain the integrity of the business operations.,
