Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: Vasanthnagar, Bangalore (Onsite, Full-time)

Job Summary:

Miror is seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Service Executive to manage customer communications across Phone Calls, WhatsApp, Email, and SMS. You will also be responsible for running WhatsApp campaigns and supporting the sales team by engaging leads and guiding them through the buying process. A background or interest in nutrition is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
• Run and manage WhatsApp and email marketing.
• Follow up with leads and assist customers with purchases and queries.
• Record and maintain accurate customer information and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Share product details and promote women’s wellness solutions.
• (Bonus) Provide basic nutrition guidance if you have relevant experience or qualifications.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Hindi/regional languages are a plus).
• Comfortable handling outbound and inbound phone calls.
• Experience in customer support, telesales, or sales coordination preferred.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business tools and basic computer operations.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar customer service or sales support role.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Nutrition or Health-related field is a plus).
• Strong listening skills and professional etiquette on phone and messaging platforms.
