Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, chats, and messages from customers.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Guide customers regarding the use of company products or services.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to offer accurate solutions.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing assigned tasks on time.

Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in [English/Hindi/Regional Language – as applicable].

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,963.87 - ₹28,000.00 per month
