We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and courteously. Provide excellent customer service through various channels. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience. Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of branch banking operations and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications. Ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
