As a Customer Service Representative at Credeb Advisors LLP, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing resolutions via phone. To be eligible for this role, you should be a 12th Pass/Graduate with a minimum of 6 months of experience in an international voice process. Excellent English communication skills are a must-have requirement for this position. The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills. You should also have the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills. The working hours for this position fall within a shift window of 3:30 AM to 1:30 PM, covering any 9 hours. Please note that this role requires working from the office and does not offer remote work options. The interview process for this position will consist of HR, email assessment, and operations rounds. It is important to have all previous company documents ready for verification. This position is based within specific location boundaries, including Ambernath to Ghatkopar (Central Line), Thane to Panvel (Trans Harbour), and Vashi to Chembur (Harbour Line).
