Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Roles and Responsibility
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Provide excellent customer service through various channels.
Respond to customer complaints and concerns promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
