Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone calls.
  • Provide excellent customer service by being empathetic, patient, and professional.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Meet performance targets for call handling time, quality metrics, and sales conversion rates.

Job Requirements :

  • 0-2 years of experience in BPO or customer service industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts
