Job Description

Process :- AXIS Bank Customer Service & Cross Sales Process. Key Responsibilities: -Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls. -Cross-sell relevant banking products and services. -Maintain records of customer interactions and sales. -Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and timely service. -Meet assigned targets and performance standards. Eligibility Criteria: -Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass). -Experience: Freshers can apply. -Age: 18 to 30 years only. -Status: Should not be pursuing any ongoing education or college. Location Preference: -Candidates must be residing between Thane and Badlapur. -Candidates from Mumbra are not eligible.
