Job details:

• Position: Customer Service & Sales Advisor
• Education: +2, Diploma, or Graduation
• Freshers and Experienced candidates in BPO, KPO, or any other stream
• Job location: Dehlon Road, Tibba Village, Sahnewal, Ludhiana, Punjab
• First preference is given to local candidates from Ludhiana. or nearby
• Salary: 14-15K + Overtime
• Overtime paid: Rs. 1000 per day
• Full-time, Work from Office, Day Shifts

Mandatory skills:

• Fluent English-speaking skills
• Good hands in email writing
• Good Convincing Skill
• Must have some internet skills and Technical skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and word
• Multi-tasking and Quick learner
• Patience and flexibility
• Eager to learn new things
• Basic knowledge of Computer

Roles & responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
