Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive at our office located in Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon, you will be responsible for handling customer queries through calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner. Your role will involve resolving complaints efficiently, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and meeting productivity and quality targets. To excel in this position, you must possess excellent communication skills in English and be comfortable working night shifts from the office. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, are essential. We are looking for immediate joiners who are ready to work full-time on a permanent basis. The salary for this position ranges from 18,000 to 30,000 per month, depending on your experience and performance during the interview process. The working schedule includes rotational night shifts of 9 hours each, with 5 working days per week and 2 rotational week-offs. If you have at least 1 year of customer service experience, it will be an advantage. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and fluency in English is a must. The work location is in Gurgaon City, Haryana, and availability for night shifts is mandatory. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer Provident Fund benefits to our employees.
