Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative - Sales at our company, you will be responsible for initiating sales with potential customers over the phone. Your role will involve asking questions to engage customers and maintain an active conversation, listening to their needs to facilitate repeat sales, and keeping abreast of all products to inform customers about new offerings. Additionally, you will be handling customer queries regarding the products and ensuring sales quotas are met. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an International BPO environment.
