Job Description

1. Customer Interaction:

Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
Make outbound calls to potential leads to share information about DHI services.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of DHI's services to respond accurately to client concerns.

2. Appointment Scheduling:

Schedule and coordinate appointments for consultations and procedures.
Follow up with clients to confirm or reschedule appointments when needed.

3. Lead Management:

Manage incoming leads effectively, ensuring prompt response and follow-up.
Enter accurate customer information and maintain call logs in the CRM system.

4. Customer Support:

Serve as a communication bridge between clients and clinic staff.
Provide aftercare support and handle post-procedure follow-up queries.

5. Sales and Upselling:

Identify client needs and suggest suitable services or upgrades.
Work towards achieving and exceeding conversion and satisfaction targets.

6. Reporting & Coordination:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer interactions and lead conversions.
Work closely with the Call Center Manager to improve service quality and lead handling.
