Job Title:

Role Objective:

Achieve sales targets by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, presenting product offerings, and completing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with customers to facilitate product selection and sales.
Achieve category-wise sales targets.
Handle sales returns and repair queries.
Adhere to store operating procedures and cost-saving measures.
Manage stock records, display products attractively, and ensure stock replenishment.
Secure merchandise and report potential theft.
Provide support to marketing and VM teams.
Gather and relay customer feedback.
Resolve customer complaints per company policy.
