Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, or in-person. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance retention. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Provide timely updates to customers regarding their concerns or requests.
