Customer Executive Officer

We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our team at Ashirwad Technocrats. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow-up on various leads generated from social media.
• Interact with Customer regarding our products.
• Co-ordinate with various Franchisee and take update from customer leads passed to them.
• Interact with customers and take pre/post sales feedbacks.
• Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various channels.
• Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers effectively.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Maintain a record of activities and ensure timely follow-ups.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
