Job Description

Job Overview: We are hiring Process Developers for our customer support team across levels. The designation will be based on experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle onboarding of B2C customers and set up new business accounts. Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues. Train new team members and create process documentation. Manage high-severity requests and escalations. Collaborate with sales teams to identify growth opportunities. Preferred Skills: Experience in call center/customer service (chat, voice, & email). Knowledge of cash transactions, including withdrawals, deposits, and chargebacks. Background in Sales/Business Development in gaming or entertainment. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet high targets. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month Schedule: Rotational shift Ability to commute/relocate: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred) Experience: Technical support: 1 year (Required) Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
