Customer Acquisition Associate (L2)

Customer Acquisition Associate Job Responsibilities:

Reach out to industry-specific leads by researching, locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and

closing business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

 As part of the Customer Acquisition team, come up with a strategy to reach out to industrial

leads through LinkedIn, etc.

 Keeping up with market trends & competitor landscapes.

 Reach sales goals, compare self-performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.

 Complete individual sales quotas provided.

 Provide detailed and accurate sales numbers.

 Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right product to solve

the customer’s problem.

 Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with customers.

 Communication with Client Team for proper customer service.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

 0-2 years of experience in sales

 Strong oral and written communication skills

 Proven ability to meet sales quotas

 Willing to go extra mile for completing sales quotas

 Proficient in Microsoft Office

 Work from Office (Mandatory)
