You are invited to join our team at the Gurgaon Global Capability Center (GCC) as a PCC Engineer/Strategy Builder. We are seeking experienced professionals to fill 5 open positions with 1 to 3 years of experience in the banking domain. The working hours are from 8 am to 5 pm IST at our Gurgaon location (DevLabs Office - Hybrid mode) for a contract duration of 12 months, extendable up to 24 months. The role may involve onsite travel to Australia, so a valid passport is required. As a PCC Engineer/Strategy Builder, your responsibilities will include showcasing and designing Power Curve Collections solutions, assessing pipeline opportunities, designing API/Integration applications, providing platform development expertise, and delivering solution designs based on business requirements. You will collaborate with all parties to resolve issues, ensure compliance with CTO guidelines, and actively manage risks and issues throughout project phases. Reporting on solution design activities will be done in Jira/Confluence. The ideal candidate should have experience in Power Curve Collections solutions design/development, applying solutions to business problems in multinational organizations, and a strong understanding of software development, hardware, networks, technologies, and applications. Exposure to Agile development, multiple platforms, and both packaged and custom-built software is desired. You should also possess the ability to establish good relationships at the project level and with Enterprise Architects.
