Job Description

Key Responsibilities: New Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new current account customers (SMEs, startups, professionals, traders, etc.) Generate leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and field visits Relationship Management: Maintain and grow existing client relationships Ensure regular engagement to understand client needs and offer relevant banking solutions Cross-Selling & Revenue Growth: Promote and cross-sell business banking products (e.g., payment solutions, POS, forex, term deposits, loans, etc.) Drive CASA balances and transaction volume growth Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure KYC/AML compliance and documentation accuracy Monitor account activity for risk flags or unusual transactions Customer Service: Act as a single point of contact for clients for any banking requirements Resolve queries and issues promptly
