You will be responsible for providing support in preparing well plans and supervising the execution of daily Rig, HF, and completion operations in accordance with RIL HSE policies and guidelines. It is crucial to ensure compliance with all safety requirements as per DGMS & QA/QC for the wells and completion equipment, and to conduct operations in an environmentally responsible manner. Coordination with G&G, LAQ, and civil departments for the availability of well sites will be essential, along with participating in joint site surveys to facilitate the smooth passage of rigs and HF equipment. Keeping the drilling and completion database updated will be part of your duties. Your role will also involve assisting in preparing AFE and Budget for D&C, closely monitoring actual well costs versus AFE/Budget, and reviewing and processing Contractors" monthly invoices as per contract provisions. Identifying critical issues related to operations and manpower, evaluating and monitoring contractor performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will help develop Scope of Work and technical specifications for Drilling & Well Completion equipment tender packages and plan to minimize downhole complications. To excel in this role, you should have technical knowledge of planning and executing drilling, hydraulic fracturing, completion, CTU, and pump setting operations, as well as a techno-commercial understanding. A Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Petroleum/Mechanical Engineering is required, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Drilling and Completion in the CBM/upstream (E&P) Oil/Gas industry. Experience in the CBM field would be advantageous.,

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of permitting and regulatory approvals for renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and national regulations. Familiarity with the project approvals, including State and Central, project development timelines, approvals, regulation, procedural guidelines, Indian Grid Codes etc. Project Development Approvals like MOD, AAI, Forest, Land, and Other Approvals. Roles & Responsibilities: Regulatory Compliance & Permitting: Ensure Projects meet local, state, and regulatory bodies. Secure necessary permits and approvals from regulatory bodies CTU / CERC/ WRLDC/ WRPC/ CEA Work with environmental agencies to obtain environmental impact assessments and clearances. Regulatory Monitoring: Monitor changes in regulatory policies affecting BOOT project for transmission lines and substations. Provide guidance on new legislation or regulations impacting current or future projects. Interpret complex regulatory texts and explain implications to stakeholders. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and submit regulatory filings, applications, and reports in a timely manner. Maintain up-to-date records of all regulatory interactions, permits, and compliance documents. Conduct internal audits to ensure continuous regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between the company, regulatory agencies, and external partners. Coordinate and lead discussions with government bodies, regulatory authorities, and community stakeholders to ensure smooth project approval processes. Collaborate with legal and project management teams to address regulatory issues proactively. Project Support: Provide regulatory guidance to project teams during the planning, design, and execution phases of substation and transmission line projects. Assist in risk assessments related to regulatory non-compliance and recommend mitigation strategies. Support in preparing presentations and documentation for public hearings and regulatory reviews. Environmental and Safety Standards: Ensure compliance with environmental policies (e.g., Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act). Oversee the implementation of health, safety, and environmental guidelines as per regulatory standards. Ensure compliance with industry standards and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration). Education: Graduate Engineer in Electrical/ Civil/ Mechanical Engineering with 10 - 15 years experience alternatively a Law degree with experience in specific regulatory field related to Power

Role: The Asset Management Lead serves as the P&L owner for the Asset Management business under the TBCB portfolio of Power Transmission & Distribution (PT&D) projects. The role is accountable for ensuring high availability, optimal utilization, regulatory compliance, and long-term value realization from operational assets post-handover. This includes business planning, commercial performance, cost efficiency, grid coordination, and lifecycle asset strategy. This is a business leadership role that owns the operating profitability and performance delivery of energized assets across the PT&D value chain under long-term service and transmission agreements. Responsibility: Business Ownership & Financial Accountability Own and manage the P&L for the Asset Management vertical across all TBCB projects Drive revenue realization through billing efficiency, rebate capture, and service availability Control O&M and lifecycle costs to ensure sustained margins over the asset life Prepare annual business plans, forecasts, and performance dashboards Operational & Lifecycle Management Ensure 98% asset uptime through robust preventive and corrective maintenance plans Monitor SCADA and diagnostic systems to enable predictive interventions Oversee lifecycle planning, refurbishment, and component replacement programs Manage field teams and vendors to deliver services within cost, quality, and timeline constraints Regulatory & Grid Interface Interface with CTU, STUs, RLDCs, SLDCs for scheduling, grid availability, and load flow compliance Ensure reporting and audit readiness for regulatory and operational metrics (e.g., Grid Code, EA compliance) Drive end-to-end rebate realization in line with CERC/SERC rules Client and Stakeholder Management Serve as single point of accountability for clients, DISCOMs, and government entities for asset performance Resolve commercial or technical disputes related to performance, downtime, or energy losses Liaise with internal execution, contracts, and finance teams for post-handover support Digital & Data-Driven Operations Drive automation of asset health, billing, and alert management through digital platforms Use KPIs such as MTTR, alert closure rates, and lifecycle cost per MW to optimize performance Qualification & Experience: B.E./B.Tech Electrical; MBA preferred 15+ years overall with 10+ years in power T&D operations At least 3+ years in a business/P&L leadership role in infrastructure preferred Deep knowledge of Indian power grid regulations, transmission codes, and O&M contracts Desired Skills: P&L Management Lifecycle asset strategy Grid interface and regulation handling Vendor performance governance Business analytics and digital operations
