You will be responsible for providing support in preparing well plans and supervising the execution of daily Rig, HF, and completion operations in accordance with RIL HSE policies and guidelines. It is crucial to ensure compliance with all safety requirements as per DGMS & QA/QC for the wells and completion equipment, and to conduct operations in an environmentally responsible manner. Coordination with G&G, LAQ, and civil departments for the availability of well sites will be essential, along with participating in joint site surveys to facilitate the smooth passage of rigs and HF equipment. Keeping the drilling and completion database updated will be part of your duties. Your role will also involve assisting in preparing AFE and Budget for D&C, closely monitoring actual well costs versus AFE/Budget, and reviewing and processing Contractors" monthly invoices as per contract provisions. Identifying critical issues related to operations and manpower, evaluating and monitoring contractor performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will help develop Scope of Work and technical specifications for Drilling & Well Completion equipment tender packages and plan to minimize downhole complications. To excel in this role, you should have technical knowledge of planning and executing drilling, hydraulic fracturing, completion, CTU, and pump setting operations, as well as a techno-commercial understanding. A Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Petroleum/Mechanical Engineering is required, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Drilling and Completion in the CBM/upstream (E&P) Oil/Gas industry. Experience in the CBM field would be advantageous.,

The role is accountable for ensuring high availability, optimal utilization, regulatory compliance, and long-term value realization from operational assets post-handover.
