We are looking for a UX Designer to design software and platforms that meet peoples needs. You will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience. In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential. As a part of Landor, a world-leading brand specialist, you will play a key role in connecting business strategy to brand identity. Your work will involve bringing brands to life through innovative design solutions and creating brand-led experiences for both talent and customers. To excel in this role, you should have essential software knowledge in tools such as AfterEffects for motion design and compositing, Blender / Cinema 4D for 3D modelling, and Illustrator, XD (or Figma), and Photoshop for 2D design and image manipulation. Proficiency in Premiere Pro for video editing is also required. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have knowledge of Redshift / Octane or equivalent render engines, creative coding tools like Processing / P5.js / Cinder for generative motion, and Lottie / CSS animation for web and UI motion. Familiarity with Trapcode suite for procedural effects in AfterEffects and Adobe Animate for keyframe animation are also desirable skills.
