As a CSR Executive at Homeless Care Foundation, you will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing partnerships with corporate entities and institutions to advance the NGOs mission through strategic CSR collaborations. Your responsibilities will involve crafting proposals, project planning, donor communication, reporting, and impact assessment while ensuring alignment with the organization's and partners" objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and cultivating relationships with corporate donors and CSR teams. - Developing tailored proposals that resonate with corporate CSR goals. - Conducting meetings with potential and existing partners to present projects and enhance engagement. - Creating compelling proposals, concept notes, budgets, and grant applications. - Submitting narrative and financial reports in a timely manner as per donor requirements. - Documenting success stories, case studies, and impact evaluations for stakeholders. - Collaborating with internal teams to design project frameworks suitable for CSR partnerships. - Supporting the execution of CSR-funded initiatives and ensuring adherence to agreed-upon deliverables and timelines. - Organizing corporate volunteering events, donor visits, and awareness campaigns. - Representing the NGO at CSR-related events and conferences. To qualify for this role, you should possess: - A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. - 3-5 years of relevant experience in CSR, fundraising, partnerships, or program management, preferably in an NGO or corporate CSR setting. - Proficiency in proposal writing, donor engagement, and impact reporting. - Strong knowledge of CSR laws and guidelines, particularly [local country-specific CSR laws].
