CSM (Channel Sales Manager)

You will be responsible for the day-to-day relationship management of channel partners, acting as a liaison between Club Oxygen and the assigned channel partners. Your key responsibilities will include building, maintaining, and managing relationships with current and prospective channel partners. You will need to establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts. In this role, you will coordinate the involvement of Club Oxygen personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and expectations. You will be working closely with partner sales resources to sell through partner organizations to end users, ensuring the achievement of assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts. One of your critical tasks will be to manage direct/channel conflict by fostering excellent communication between the channel and direct teams. You will also need to ensure partner compliance with Channel Partner programs and agreements. Additionally, you will participate in a partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship. Further, you will be required to identify partners and, working with partner sales resources, marketing, etc., develop and launch Club Oxygen products in their markets to achieve incremental joint revenue. You will report to the Branch Manager or Regional Manager as part of the organizational hierarchy. To be eligible for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree and have 3-5 years or more of relevant experience in Agency Sales, specifically in Insurance, Vacation Ownership, or Real Estate. You should possess in-depth knowledge and experience in the job role and demonstrate the ability to work effectively as part of a team. The compensation offered for this role includes a salary as per industry standards along with incentives. Additionally, you will receive benefits such as a travel allowance.
