As a Test Lead, you will be part of Product Engineering - Subscriber Signaling and Policy (SSP) under Product System Test (PST) organization and the team will be System Verification team for our core network products. You will conduct target-oriented research to directly apply findings to the specification, design, further development, and incremental improvement of products, services, systems, tools, processes, etc. Integrates, verifies, tests, and modifies SW /system components and capitalizes on innovative solutions to meet particular requirements and specifications. You have: 6+ years of relevant software testing experience in telecom-grade products, including functional and non-functional testing with a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or equivalent. Good working knowledge of cloud technologies, Kubernetes (K8s) and Python scripting. Familiarity with 4G/5G core technologies like CSD, PCRF, VOLTE, DRA, SCP, BSF, SEPP, and understanding of HLR, HSS, UDM, EIR, SDL, OneNDS, and 3GPP standards. Proficiency in Diameter, HTTP2 signaling, JSON, RestAPI, SCTP, TCP, and core telecom products like load balancers. It would be nice if you also had: Expertise in scripting, tracing tools (Wireshark, tShark), automation frameworks, and test management tools like Jira, Jenkins, and Bamboo. Knowledge on Linux, Kubernetes, VMware, OpenStack, CSF assets, cloud-native/microservices architecture, and DevOps best practices. Conduct system testing for high-traffic, large-scale distributed telecom products, ensuring robust performance and reliability. Oversee both functional and non-functional testing phases, utilizing innovative testing methodologies. Implement and enhance test automation frameworks using Python scripting for efficient end-to-end product validation. Utilize cloud technologies and Kubernetes to test and validate modern cloud-native solutions. Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders to inform product development cycles.

Manages cross-functional teams to execute Data Protection initiatives, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and achieve desired outcomes. Strategic Insight: Integrates Data Protection and Information Security considerations into broader banks strategies, recognizing the importance of Data Protection in achieving business objectives and competitive advantage. Communicates the strategic value of Data Protection and Information Security investments to executive leadership and key stakeholders, advocating for resources and support to strengthen the organization's capabilities. Cultivates an organizational culture that prioritizes Data Protection, encouraging proactive security practices and continuous improvement across all departments. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and technical skills with strong decision making and prioritization skills. Sound knowledge of evolving advanced tech stacks and related control and risk universe from a data protection perspective. Sound knowledge and expertise in conducting risk assessment and management. Primary Responsibilities: Perform audits to identify control gaps and implement corrective action plans Ensure alignment of security policies/standards with IT infrastructure frameworks (e.g., ISO 2700x, NIST, ITIL) Monitor compliance with corrective action plans, and address non-compliance issues appropriately Demonstrate understanding of discovery technologies to identify system vulnerabilities (e.g. scanning tools) Establish appropriate security controls based on defined data classifications to align with applicable laws/regulations/standards Facilitate/lead security incident investigation Analyze business requirements and ensure that solutions meet established security policies and controls Maintain metrics and ensure reporting as appropriate Maintain current knowledge on information security topics and their applicability program requirements Communicate professionally with stakeholders/end users through multiple communication Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
