Description We are seeking an experienced Cross-browser Compatibility Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and a passion for ensuring optimal user experiences across all browsers and devices. Responsibilities Conduct cross-browser testing and ensure compatibility across various web browsers and devices. Identify and troubleshoot compatibility issues and provide effective solutions. Work closely with the development team to ensure that all web applications are optimized for different browsers. Develop and maintain automated testing scripts for cross-browser compatibility testing. Create detailed reports on compatibility issues and suggest improvements to the development process. Skills and Qualifications Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with cross-browser testing tools such as BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or similar. Proficient in using debugging tools in various browsers (Chrome DevTools, Firefox Developer Edition, etc.). Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first web development. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies.
