Roles & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Work on bug fixing and improving application performance. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Lead a team of junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing mentoring. Participate in the Agile/Scrum development process to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Experience Requirements: 6-10 years of relevant experience in front-end engineering. Experience in Flutter web and mobile. Mobile app development experience, with a focus on iOS, Android, and Cross-Platform frameworks. Proven expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Solid understanding and hands-on experience in Backend development (Node.js, NestJS, GraphQL, PostgreSQL). Deep understanding of responsive web design, performance optimization, and accessibility standards. Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing frameworks (Jest, Vitest, Playwright, Cypress). Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective work in large cross-functional teams. Experience in implementing behavioural analytics using tools such as Mixpanel. Leadership experience or project management is a plus. Experience in the finance or insurance industry is a plus. Education: B.E.
