Requirements: Front end experience (~6-8 years) from Business Development or Project Management specifically executing projects for Innovators (OR) CROs for innovators. Experience of executing projects in Phase II and Phase III in the API and intermediates space, preferably. Relevant experience in handling pre-IND submission projects and phase I projects will also be considered. Few years of initial career (~3-4 years) in process or analytical development will be an added advantage for the applicant. Experience in handling lifecycle management programs with innovators will be added advantage. Strong oral and written communication is expected, with more importantly well-presented persona. Any other relevant experience in pharmaceutical R&D manufacturing will be considered. Strong ability to screen RFQs and pick/ prioritise the right ones by understanding and presenting the potential to evaluate whether such RFQs will be a value add for Viyash in the long run. Job Responsibilities: Creating customer and opportunities pool for CDMO projects by liaising with appropriate contacts at customer end. Marketing Viyash capabilities and creating win-win opportunities by understanding external opportunities and internal capabilities. Prepare Business proposals for relevant RFQs by liaising with R&D, Manufacturing and SCM teams. Lead the techno-Commercial discussions between customers and Viyash. Based on the performance and traction of the projects, support team will be added to the candidate.
