Key Responsibilities 1. District Operations Management Execute cluster-wide strategies at district level Implement policies and initiatives as directed by Cluster Head Manage day-to-day operations within assigned district Report progress and challenges to Cluster Head regularly 2. Crop Cutting Experiments and Enrollment Plan and execute crop cutting experiments in assigned areas Identify and enroll eligible farmers for experiments Coordinate with technical teams for data collection Ensure timely submission of experiment results and reports 5. Ground Truthing Conduct field visits to verify data accuracy and program implementation Validate farmer enrollment and participation records Monitor quality of activities and services delivered Document findings and recommend improvements 6. Banking Coordination Work with district banks to facilitate loanee farmer enrollment Assist farmers in loan application processes Maintain records of banking partnerships and loan disbursements 7. Target Achievement Work towards achieving district-level targets as set by Cluster Head Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions Prepare regular progress reports and data submissions Districts are as follows: Purba Bardhaman Birbhum Murshidabad Purulia Hooghly North 24 Parganas South 24 Parganas Jhargram Howrah Uttar Dinajpur Dakshin Dinajpur Jalpaiguri Alipurduar
