Job Title: CRM Executive (Female)

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome)
Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)
Salary: As per industry standards

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls on a daily basis
• Maintain and regularly update customer data in the CRM system
• Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and relationship-building
• Respond to customer inquiries and promote company products/services
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing) for effective follow-ups
• Prepare and share daily call reports and lead status
• Deliver excellent customer experience at every touchpoint

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English
• Knowledge of Kannada will be a strong advantage
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Confident, positive attitude, and multitasking ability
• Familiarity with CRM tools (or willingness to learn)
