Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, articulate, and enthusiastic Female CRM Executive to join our team and act as a key point of contact for investors. The candidate will be responsible for managing investor communications, addressing queries, and maintaining strong relationships across all inbound channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle investor queries received via email, WhatsApp, website, phone calls, or events
• Provide prompt, professional, and accurate responses to inquiries
• Maintain and update investor databases and CRM systems
• Assist investors in navigating the platform and onboarding process
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, portfolio, tech) for investor needs
• Follow up and ensure investor satisfaction and interest retention
• Represent the brand with a positive, professional demeanor

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of CRM, client servicing, or customer support experience
• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi mandatory; regional languages a plus)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude
• Proficient in using CRM tools, Excel, and communication platforms
• Female candidates preferred (as per role requirements)

Salary:

As per industry standards – negotiable for the right candidate
