About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient CRM Automation Executive to join our Growth and Operations team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in LeadSquared or similar CRM platforms like Zoho, Salesforce, etc. You will play a critical role in building, maintaining, and optimizing automation journeys that support sales, diet, and wellness functions across the organization
Key Responsibilities:
● Build and maintain automation journeys in LeadSquared across sales, diet, and wellnessworkflows.● Set up lead routing, scoring logic, and internal notification systems for multiple verticals.● Audit and troubleshoot automation workflows regularly to ensure smooth performance.● Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement CRM-related process enhancements.● Document automation logic and create SOPs for reference and training purposes.
An Ideal Candidate will have:
● 1–2 years of hands-on experience in LeadSquared (preferred) or similar CRM platforms like Zoho, Salesforce, etc.● Experience with automation building, lead lifecycle logic, and CRM tools.● Understanding of lead management processes and user journey workflows.● Good command over tools like Excel/Google Sheets, especially formula-based logic handling.● Basic knowledge of webhooks/APIs is an added advantage● Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple use cases simultaneously.
Qualifications:
● Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
