Your main responsibilities will include managing day-to-day customer relationship management (CRM) activities, contributing to sales processes, and overseeing project management tasks. Your role will also involve analysing data for operational improvements, ensuring the smooth execution of operations, and effectively communicating with clients and internal teams to meet business objectives. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales skills, along with strong Project Management and Analytical Skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this position. You should be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field would be beneficial for this role.
