• Own the CRM – Be the go-to expert and admin for all things related to the CRM.• Build Smarter Systems – Program integrations with external tools and APIs. Create automations that go beyond basic functionality.• Turn Data into Action – Build dashboards and reports that give the team clarity and confidence to move fast.• Optimize for Scale – Improve usability, performance, and workflows so our CRM works harder for every team.• Keep It Clean – Ensure data integrity, system uptime, and a smooth user experience across departments.
