Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Tea Preparation: Prepare various tea beverages including milk tea, black tea, flavored teas, and other special drinks as per recipes. Maintain quality, consistency, and hygiene during preparation. Refill ingredients and maintain the tea-making station. Order Taking & Customer Service: Greet customers politely and take orders accurately. Provide menu suggestions and answer questions about beverages. Handle customer requests and resolve any issues politely. Serving: Serve tea and snacks to dine-in and takeaway customers. Pack takeaway orders neatly and quickly. Ensure serving areas are clean and organized. Outlet Maintenance: Clean tables, counters, and equipment regularly. Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times. Assist in stock refilling and basic inventory management. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent. Basic understanding of tea preparation (training will be provided). Good communication and customer service skills. Honest, hardworking, and punctual. Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. Preferred Skills: Experience in a tea shop, café, or F&B outlet is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a positive attitude.
