CREDIT OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities: · Responsible for ensuring KYC checks and completing all due diligence relating to credit checks · Provide feedback to internal teams on credit process / policies/ and sharing of best practices · Adhere to internal policies and TAT’s for loan approval · Identify potential fraudsters/ suspect customers and implement processes around them · Contact clients to gather financial data and documentation where needed · Ensure all records and documentation is maintained for all loan applications Experience required · Proven work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer or similar role · Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products and experience in digital lending. · Basic knowledge of KYC and bureau related data · Customer service experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Work Location: In person
