Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Credit Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 14 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in credit management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and analyze credit data to make informed decisions on loan approvals.
Develop and implement effective credit policies and procedures to minimize risk.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Conduct thorough credit assessments and provide recommendations for approval or denial.
Monitor and report on credit portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure compliance.
