Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as an HR Analyst or in a data-focused HR role.
Strong proficiency in HRIS systems, Excel, and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
Solid understanding of HR processes, metrics, and best practices.
Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable reports for stakeholders.
