Job Description

As a versatile and dynamic Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading our creative vision and performance marketing strategy. In this role, you will need to blend strong creative leadership with a deep understanding of digital campaign performance. Your primary tasks will include overseeing end-to-end campaign execution, managing a cross-functional creative team, and implementing a data-driven approach to elevate brand and marketing efforts. You will be tasked with leading and managing the creative team across design, video, and content functions. Your role will involve allocating resources, setting deadlines, and ensuring high-quality, on-brand deliverables. Additionally, you will coordinate with freelancers to ensure smooth project delivery. Your strategic responsibilities will include brainstorming and developing campaign concepts aligned with seasonal or brand-specific goals. You will drive ideation sessions with internal teams and freelancers to achieve creative excellence. In terms of content strategy and writing, you will be required to write and review scripts, captions, and ad content for digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Google. It is essential to ensure that all copy aligns with the brand tone, clarity, and campaign objectives. Your role will also involve planning and executing campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other paid channels. You will need to track campaign metrics, analyze insights, and continuously optimize for better ROI. Managing client relationships with regular reporting and proactive communication will be a critical aspect of this role. You must ensure creative alignment with brand strategy and client expectations. Staying current with platform changes, algorithm updates, and new creative formats is crucial. You will be expected to suggest and implement new tools, techniques, and trends to improve performance continually. To be successful in this role, you should have 2-5 years of experience in creative content and digital marketing. Strong leadership experience in an agency or fast-paced marketing environment is essential. Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and campaign analytics is required, along with excellent copywriting and ad content development skills. You must possess the ability to manage creatives, delegate tasks, and align projects with business goals. A strong analytical mindset paired with a high creative IQ is necessary. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required, with an MBA being preferred. This is a full-time position with benefits such as leave encashment and paid time off.
