Creative Designer

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Creative Designer with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in graphic design, video editing, and familiar with AI-based creative tools. You will create high-quality visuals for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and brand assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality static graphics for digital and print (e.g., social media, banners, presentations)
• Edit and produce videos for marketing, social media, and internal communications
• Work with AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Runway) to support and enhance creative output
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop engaging visual assets
• Ensure consistent brand identity and visual style across all materials
• Manage multiple projects and deliver creatives within tight deadlines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro (or similar)
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools or a strong willingness to learn
• Good sense of layout, typography, and color
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Excellent time management and communication skills

Nice-to-Have (Not Mandatory):

• Basic experience with motion graphics or animation (e.g., After Effects)
• Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or similar collaborative design platforms
• Understanding of social media content trends and formats

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
