Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual fluent in Kannada, and English to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in the vernacular language, ensuring seamless interaction with customers and resolving their concerns effectively.

Role & responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Kannada and English through phone, email, and chat.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide accurate information about products and services in the vernacular language.
• Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Identify and escalate priority concerns to the appropriate department.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
• Suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and follow up until resolution.
