We are looking for an Admission Counsellor with 1-3 years of experience in the EdTech sector to manage student enquiries about our courses. The counsellor will explain course offerings clearly, understand student goals, and recommend the most suitable courses. This role involves both counselling and guiding students through the admission process to help them make informed decisions. Key Responsibilities: Respond to student enquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and clarity. Provide detailed information about course content, duration, fees, and career prospects. Understand student needs and recommend relevant courses through effective counselling. Resolve student doubts and explain admission procedures and prerequisites. Maintain records of enquiries and follow-up communications to support enrolment. Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a seamless admission process. Meet monthly enrollment targets by delivering excellent counselling and follow-up. Skills and Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in admissions or counselling within the EdTech industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to assess student requirements and offer appropriate guidance. Basic sales and negotiation skills. Positive attitude and patience when dealing with students. Good understanding of EdTech courses and trends.
