Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, or emails Clearly explain company products and services in an engaging manner Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information Schedule and coordinate meetings with interested clients Systematic follow-up with interested leads and timely updates on new offers Record details of customer interactions, queries, complaints and comments/feedback Handle customer inquiries professionally and immediately escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and lead conversions Follow communication scripts when handling different topics Requirements: 1 - 3 years experience in Inbound and Outbound Tele calling Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge and experience with MS Office, mainly Excel Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is preferred Prior industry experience (Interior Design) is preferred Nearby applicants within 10km radius are preferred for convenient travel Willing to work on weekends Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year Expected Start Date: 25/07/2025
