As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring build progress, overseeing finance, and ensuring project quality. You will make strategic decisions and provide leadership and direction to project managers for successful implementation. Your role will involve meeting with clients, stakeholders, and project managers to report on project progress, as well as liaising with clients to build strong working relationships. In this position, you will devise cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion, manage risks to avoid delays or reputational damage, and ensure that permits and legal papers are secured ahead of the project. Additionally, you will be managing project managers and enabling them to supervise and manage their own teams. This role will require you to work both in an office environment and on a construction site. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, provided food, and health insurance. The work schedule will be during the day with weekend availability. You can also look forward to a yearly bonus. The work location is in person.
